2012 Candle Light Tribute for Crime Survivors

VACC's intention is to reshape the future and to honor the past. The community work provided
does just that for crime survivors. This annual event is a blend of education, recognition and
honoring loved ones who are no longer with us. Hosted each year during National Crime
Victims' Rights Week (April 22-28), the theme this year is "Extending the Vision Reaching
Every Victim."
